Community Service Project - Old Terry Building Renovation & prep for Heritage Festival

On October 5, the 8th grade class and teachers helped with the clean up of this town landmark.  This former store is being renovated as a community center and economic incubator for local entrepreneurs.

Students patched, cleaned, and painted to help prepare for the Youth Art Show and classes to be held during the Heritage Festival on Oct. 8.  They enjoyed lunch at Hometown Restaurant and wrapped up the day with a walking tour of landmarks led by Mrs. Jane Kersey, retired Peterstown Middle teacher and lifelong resident of Peterstown.

Peterstown Preservation Group, Inc. (Market Street & Co.) sends a big thank you to everyone who helped with this effort.
